New Tax Rules and Shipping to the EU

Thank you for choosing to shop with Exodus Beauty.

Following the UK’s exit from the EU, all orders now include VAT at checkout. This VAT is remitted on your behalf to the EU member state in which you reside. However, there are several important updates introduced by the European Union Council that may affect your purchase. We want to ensure you are fully informed of these changes and understand how they may impact your order.

VAT Included in Order Amount

The price you pay on our site will include Value Added Tax (VAT). You may need to pay import/customs duty (applicable if your order value exceeds 150 €) in your country when your package arrives.

EU Customs Duty Fee

Beginning 1 July 2026, a flat customs duty of €3 will apply to all orders under €150 shipped to EU countries. This €3 duty will be charged per product (if ordering different products) and collected at checkout. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, the duty will be included within the shipping cost so your order arrives Duty Paid and clears customs without delays.

Romania, France, and Italy have already implemented their local customs fee and handling requirements. We strongly advise that you familiarise yourself with the import and customs duty rules for Wigs, Hair Extensions, Beauty Products, and Hair Care Cosmetics in your country, as additional charges may apply. Your package may also experience delays while being assessed by your local customs authorities. Processing times vary by country, so we are unable to provide specific delivery timelines.

Please see the table below for the applicable Standard VAT rate added to your order by country. This VAT is separate from the new customs handling fee.
