UK Domestic Delivery / Shipping Rates (Excluding Channel Islands)

Our order processing time is within 1 week, depending on the workload at our warehouses. Please bear with us. Our shipping/delivery services are independent of the order processing time and ship from any of our warehouses in the UK and the US, depending on stock availability across our warehouse locations.

  • Same Day Shipping (excludes new arrivals and restocked items). Tracking Update Available (Next Business Day Delivery, for orders placed before 3 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and weekends): £11.99
  • Royal Mail Tracked Shipping. Tracking Update Available (Standard Delivery in 3 to 5 Business Days, for orders placed between Mon-Fri excl Bank Holidays): £6.99
  • Royal Mail Tracked Shipping. Tracking Update Available (Standard Delivery in 5 to 10 Business Days, for orders placed between Mon-Fri excl Bank Holidays): £5.99
  • In-Store Pick Up (Temporarily Unavailable). Please get in touch with us to confirm if the item you need is available for immediate pickup. If not, our 1-week order processing time will apply, and you will be notified once it is ready for collection.

Tracking Updates will be available once your parcel has arrived at a depot. Please allow some time for updates to be available. For orders shipped from our US warehouse, tracking updates will be available a few days before the delivery date or timeframe.

 

Shipping to the Channel Islands

  • To ensure your parcel is delivered safely, we currently offer only Tracked shipping services to the Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey) for £6.99 (Delivery in 3-5 Business days) or £5.99 (Delivery in 5-7 Business days).
  • As they are subject to customs checks upon arrival, it may take longer than estimated for your parcel to get to you. You will, however, be kept up to date via email or SMS regarding the delivery status.

 

International Shipping Rates, Shipping to Europe and the Rest of the World                                                 

  • Shipping To the USA. Estimated Delivery in 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the state: £17.99 (Tracking available until delivery).
  • Shipping To Canada. Estimated Delivery in 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the province: £17.99 (Tracking available until delivery).
  • Shipping To Australia, New Zealand. Estimated Delivery in 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the region: £19.99 (Tracking available until delivery).
  • Shipping To Europe/European Union*. Estimated Delivery in 5 to 14 Business Days: £9.99 - £19.99 (Orders up to £499.99, Free Delivery for orders £500 and above)
  • Shipping to the Rest of the World. Please refer to our shipping policy for country-specific rates.

 

*New Changes for Orders to the EU member countries

  • Following the UK’s exit from the European Union, orders with a value exceeding €22 sent to the EU from Great Britain are liable to import VAT charges.
  • The price you pay on our site will now include your country’s Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • From 1st July 2026, a flat customs duty fee of €3 will apply to all orders under €150 shipped to EU countries. This €3 duty will be charged per product (if ordering different products) and collected at checkout.
  • All goods arriving in the EU from outside the EU, including Great Britain, are now liable to VAT at the local rate of VAT in the customer’s country and a customs handling fee stated above for orders valued under €150.
  • You may need to pay import/customs duty (applicable if your order value exceeds 150€) in your country when your package arrives.
  • Romania, France, and Italy have already implemented their local customs fee and handling requirements. We strongly advise that you familiarise yourself with the import and customs duty rules for Wigs, Hair Extensions, Beauty Products, and Hair Care Cosmetics in your country, as additional charges may apply. Your package may also experience delays while being assessed by your local customs authorities. Processing times vary by country, so we are unable to provide specific delivery timelines.

Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the applicable import/customs duty charges on Wigs/Hair/Beauty/Hair Care Cosmetic products in your country, payable by you. Exodus Beauty is not responsible for these. If you do not pay the applicable charges and your goods are returned to us, the order value will be refunded, excluding shipping costs and other related administrative costs.

The postal/courier service acting on behalf of customs in your country will contact you directly if there are any charges to pay.
