Notice of Closure for the Holidays
Thank you for being our loyal customer throughout the year. Please take note of the last posting dates and closing dates for our Online Store.
Last Posting Date before Christmas
The last posting date is Friday, 19th December 2025. We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas as we rely on external couriers, and there is currently significant pressure within the delivery network beyond our control. Orders placed after this date will be processed after the Christmas and New Year holiday.
Orders placed from Saturday, 20th December, or at any time during the festive period, will be dispatched beginning from Friday, 2nd January. We recommend placing your order early to avoid potential disappointment from late delivery.
Closing Dates for the Holidays
Our warehouses will be closed for the holidays from December 22nd to January 2nd. Orders placed on these days will be processed and shipped from January 2nd, 2025, on a first-come, first-served basis. Normal business operations will resume at our warehouses the week beginning January 2nd, 2025.
