Welcome to Exodus Beauty's Shipping Policy for online orders.

Our Shipping Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to amend/change this Shipping Policy at any time. 

General

Please note that order fulfillment depends on current stock availability. Most orders will be processed within one week or less from any of our warehouses in the UK or the US, depending on stock levels. This processing time is in addition to the shipping time for the service you select at checkout.

Items may ship from our US warehouse if unavailable locally. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information from any of our UK courier partners a few days before delivery to your address. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience.

If you have a preferred delivery date, please contact our customer service team at CustomerService@exodus-beauty.com or 07309 099587 before placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, although we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.

We make every effort to keep our online stock levels accurate. However, occasional discrepancies may occur, meaning we may be unable to fulfill all or part of your order at the time of purchase. If this happens, we will either order the item directly from the manufacturer, dispatch the products that are currently available, or offer suitable alternative options. In some cases, we may contact you to confirm whether you would prefer to wait for the item to be restocked or receive a refund instead.

The transit time for your order will vary depending on the shipping service selected. Tracking updates typically become available 1–2 days before delivery.

  • Orders shipped from our US warehouse: Tracking information will appear once your parcel enters the Royal Mail network, including estimated delivery details.
  • Orders shipped from our UK warehouse: Delivery date and time will be provided when your parcel reaches your local Royal Mail office

Free Delivery*: Free UK Mainland Next Business Day Delivery on Orders £150 and up. This offer:

  • is only valid for orders delivered in mainland UK.
  • Only applies to next-business-day delivery.
  • Only applies to basket totals of £150 and up (inc. VAT).
  • is not valid for next-day, bank holidays, or weekend delivery.

*Free Delivery is invalid if an item in your order is out of stock, thereby reducing the order value and making it ineligible for free shipping. In such an instance, you will be contacted to discuss your options to either pay the applicable shipping costs or order cancellation. 

Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges and estimated delivery times for mainland UK are outlined below. Please note that estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, not at the time of purchase. These charges cover not only the shipping cost but also packaging materials and labour involved in preparing your order.

Up to Date Tracking information is available when your parcel reaches a depot. If item(s) are unavailable to ship, your orderwill either be cancelled within 24 hours or shipping will be downgraded, based on your confirmation.

If your order is placed after 3 pm, the order falls into the next working day, and if in stock, will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that we do not guarantee Saturday delivery if you place your order on Friday.

Up-to-date tracking information is available when your parcel reaches a depot. Delivery estimate is 5 to 7 business days for the Tracked 48.

 

As these are subject to customs checks on arrival, it may take longer than estimated for your parcel to get to you. You will, however, be kept up to date via email or SMS regarding the delivery status.

 

International Delivery (Including the EU/EEA):

We deliver to a range of international destinations, including countries within the European Union and the European Economic Area. If your country is not listed below, please contact us for assistance. For orders shipped outside the UK, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or other fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges vary depending on local regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with any potential import costs before placing your order.

EU customers, please be informed of the New Tax Rules and Shipping to the EU, following the UK's exit from the EU. Delivery to EU mainland countries may take longer due to Customs Assessment when the parcel arrives in your country. However, tracking updates are available once your parcel is scanned into the postal delivery network.

International orders are processed for shipping within 48 to 72 hours, depending on the time the order was placed, stock availability, and overall order volume. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for each destination are outlined below, though transit times will vary by country. If your country is not listed, please contact us to confirm whether we can ship to your location.


Please note that international shipping rates are estimates only. If our logistics partner applies a surcharge for delivery to your address, or if the total parcel weight exceeds the limits stated on our website, we will contact you to discuss your options before dispatching your order.

If you refuse to pay duties on arrival at your destination country, or the goods are not claimed, the goods will be returned to us. Please email us to let us know of this development and request a refund, stating your order number. If we have received the goods back from our shipping partners, you will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. If we have not yet received the goods back, you will be informed, and a refund will be processed within 14 business days of us receiving them. The initial cost of shipping is non-refundable.

 

Out Of Stock Items:

If an item is out of stock, we may contact you with the options of having a refund, ordering an alternative product, or proceeding with the remaining order. We reserve the right to cancel or process your order once we have your instructions.

If any products are out of stock and this reduces your order to below our free shipping minimum order, we will contact you to check if you want to:

  • Order other products up to the value of the free shipping minimum order.
  • Pay the cost of delivery; or
  • Cancel your order and receive a refund.

 

Damaged Deliveries:

We try our best to ensure that your parcel arrives in great condition. Unfortunately, there are times when parcels are damaged while in transit. If a parcel shows clear signs of damage at the time of delivery, we ask that you refuse the parcel. Please ask the courier to return the goods to the sender. Any damage discovered after delivery has been made, please contact us directly via phone or by emailing us at customerservice@exodus-beauty.com with photos of the damage.

Click And Collect:

When you come to pick up your order, you need to bring your order number as well as proof of ID (e.g., the payment card you used to pay for the order).

Tracking Deliveries and Delivery Confirmation:

With standard delivery, you will receive a delivery confirmation when the parcel is delivered. If you have chosen tracked delivery, you will be able to track the whereabouts of your parcel using a link provided by the delivery company.

Transit Time - UK (Excluding Channel Islands)

Please note that the delivery estimates are calculated from when the item is shipped, not when an order is placed. The delivery estimates above are only a guide, if there is a problem within the delivery network that is out of our control it could take a little longer, but please contact us and we will be available to assist.

 

Shipping & Warehouse Operating Hours: 

Our order fulfillment process is manual as they are processed by staff responsible for picking and packing each order. We do our best to ensure that orders placed before 3 pm are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, except standard shipping orders, which are processed and shipped within a week.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours*, except on national/bank holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

*Standard business hours are between 9 am to 5 pm Monday-Friday (when orders are processed and shipped). Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays are not working days and we are closed on those days.

Please note that our shipping and warehouse operating hours are subject to change during busy periods (including Christmas and New Year Holidays) and depend on events outside our control. Relevant updates will be sent to customers as the need arises.

 

Change of Delivery Address or Order Cancellation

For a change of delivery address requests, we can amend the shipping address at any time before the order has been dispatched. If you change your mind regarding your order, we can accept cancellations within 2 hours from when the order is placed and before the order has been processed and/or dispatched. Cancellation requests are only valid during our warehouse operating hours. Cancellation requests sent during non-operating hours are invalid and will be disregarded. If an order has already been processed and/or dispatched, please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy. 

Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know your options before we process or cancel and refund (where applicable) the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the estimated time, please contact us at customerservice@exodus-beauty.com so that we can contact the Shipping Carrier to investigate. In certain circumstances and solely based on our discretion we may issue a partial or complete refund of shipping costs to compensate for the delay.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please email customer service (attaching photos) immediately at customerservice@exodus-beauty.com. A refund or a replacement (Domestic Orders only) will be provided.

Parcels Lost in Transit

We will process a refund or provide a replacement (where applicable) as soon as the courier has investigated and deemed the parcel lost. 

Refunds - Shipping Costs

While we always aim to dispatch your item in time to arrive within your chosen delivery time frame, no shipping time frames are guaranteed. Where shipping delays are introduced due to external factors out of our control such as industrial action, delays in the courier/postal delivery network and your product arrives late, a partial refund may be provided. This is solely based on our assessment on a case-by-case basis.
