The Holiday Season is upon us. Here at Exodus Beauty, we wanted to update you on some of the key changes we will be making during over the Holiday Season to help reduce logistical issues such as late, missing, or undelivered parcels prevalent during this period.
Difficulties in the global supply chain, shipping delays, a shortage of drivers in the UK and enormous increases in postal deliveries combine to put a real strain on online businesses that rely on courier services to ensure prompt delivery of orders.
What You Need to Know & Key Dates
- We encourage you to place your order(s) in time for the Holidays. To avoid disappointment or delays common during this period, please don’t wait till the last minute to figure out the Wig or Braid style you need for your event, holiday, or family gathering.
- On 18th December 2021, we will stop processing and shipping online orders, and all the shipping options at checkout except the DPD Next Business Day Delivery option will be temporarily disabled. This is a difficult decision for us to take, but it will help minimize disappointments caused by late, missing, or undelivered parcels because of the issues mentioned above.
- From 18th December 2021 to Midnight 22nd December 2021, only the Local pickup and the DPD Next Business Day Delivery options will be available at online checkout. This means that any orders placed on our website from the 18th will be shipped via DPD or will be available for pick up at our warehouse in Bedford.
- We will also be open to interested customers who prefer to visit our warehouse physically to shop. We however recommend that you call us ahead of time to let us know when you plan to visit so someone is available to attend to you.
- We will be closed from 23rd December 2021 to 3rd January 2022 for the Holidays. Processing and Shipping of online orders will resume from 4th January 2022. All the shipping options at checkout will be enabled to allow you to place orders and choose a shipping method.
It is of utmost importance to us that your parcel gets to you in a safe and quick way, that is why in addition to Royal Mail, we will be partnering with additional courier service providers to ship orders. We want you to look smashing all the way😊!
