Shipping policy

Exodus Beauty ("we" and "us") is the operator of ( ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.


Orders are subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates can be calculated either in the cart section by using the shipping rates calculator OR during checkout. Rates are based on the delivery speed and destination of the items in the order. During promotions, we may reduce the rates solely at our discretion. Shipping costs will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Delivery Rates and Terms

Domestic Delivery / Shipping Rates (Excluding Channel Islands)

  1. Standard Shipping (Estimated Delivery within 7 business days): £2.99
  2. Same Day Shipping (Next Business Day Delivery, for orders placed before 3 pm, Monday to Thursday excluding Bank Holidays): £7.99
  3. Shipping within 24 to 48 hours (Delivery in 1 to 3 Business Days, for orders, placed Mon-Fri excl Wknds & Bank Holidays): £5.99
  4. Shipping within 24 to 48 hours (Delivery in 2 to 4 Business Days, for orders, placed Mon-Fri excl Wknds & Bank Holidays): £4.99
  5. Friday Shipping (Saturday Delivery, for orders placed on Friday before 3 pm): £6.99

Transit Time - UK (Excluding Channel Islands)

In general, the transit time depends on the speed of the shipping service. As per the above rates, the transit time for standard shipping may take 5 business days (or more). For speedy delivery and up-to-date information on your parcel as it makes its way to you, we recommend opting for other shipping services. 

Please note that the delivery estimates are calculated from when the item is shipped, not when an order is placed. The delivery estimates above are only a guide, if there is a problem within the delivery network that is out of our control it could take a little longer, but please contact us and we will be available to assist.


Shipping Rates and Transit Times to Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey)

To ensure your parcel is delivered safely, we currently offer only Tracked shipping services to the Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey) for £6.99 (2 business days) or £5.99 (next business day).

As they are subject to customs check upon arrival, it may take longer than estimated for your parcel to get to you. You will however be kept up to date via email or SMS regarding the delivery status.


Shipping Rates and Transit Time Internationally 

To calculate the shipping rate to your destination, please use the shipping rates calculator in the cart section after you have added your items to your cart.

EU customers, please be informed of the New Tax Rules and Shipping to the EU, following UK's exit from the EU.

Transit times vary from country to country. For estimated transit times, please use the Contact Us form OR email us at for an estimated delivery time frame to your destination country. 

Shipping & Warehouse Operating Hours  

Our order fulfillment process is manual as they are processed by staff responsible for picking and packing each order. All orders placed before 3 pm are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, except standard shipping orders, which are processed and shipped within a week. 

COVID-19 Update: Please note that due to disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, our courier partners now operate with limited operating hours and with less staff, which may cause shipping delays. We will however do our best to minimize these delays by getting shipments to them in a timely, and keep you informed of any disruptions.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours*, except on national/bank holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

*Standard business hours are between 9 am to 5 pm Monday-Friday (when orders are processed and shipped) and 10 am to 12 pm on Saturdays. Sundays and Bank Holidays are not working days and we are closed on those days.

Please note that our shipping and warehouse operating hours are subject to change during busy periods (including Christmas and New Year Holidays) and also depend on events outside our control. Relevant updates will be sent to customers as the need arises.

Change of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know your options before we process or cancel and refund (where applicable) the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at so that we can contact the Shipping Carrier to investigate. In certain circumstances and solely based on our discretion we may issue a partial or complete refund of shipping costs to compensate for the delay.

Tracking Notifications/Delivery Confirmation 

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. Tracked shipping provides up-to-date information regarding the whereabouts of your parcel, while Standard shipping provides only a delivery confirmation when the parcel has been delivered.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please email customer service (attaching photos) immediately at

Parcels Lost in Transit

We will process a refund or provide a replacement (where applicable) as soon as the courier has investigated and deemed the parcel lost. Shipping Costs for International Orders are non-refundable.

Duties & Taxes

Value Added Tax

VAT has already been applied to the price of the goods and shipping rates as displayed on the website (applicable to UK & EU purchases only)

Import Duties

Import duties for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Exodus Beauty at the customers’ expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.


If you change your mind regarding your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns Policy.
