Please be informed that Royal Mail will resume national strike action on Thursday 24, Friday 25, Wednesday 30 November, Thursday 1 December, Friday 9 December, Sunday 11 December 2022, Wednesday 14 December, Thursday 15 December, Friday 23 December and Saturday 24 December 2022. This means there will be significant delays and disruption to parcel delivery.
To reduce complaints of missing parcels due to the backlog, or parcels being significantly delayed, we have opted to make available temporary alternative shipping services at checkout. We recommend opting for either the UPS or DPD shipping services, should you need your parcel urgently. Orders that were placed before strike action have been handed to Royal Mail. Orders placed after strike action, but before the change in the available shipping services at checkout will be processed and shipped when normal services resume. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Royal Mail workers who collect, sort, and deliver parcels will be on strike on Friday 26 and Wednesday 31 August, and 8 and 9 September. The result of the Royal Mail strike is that there will be significant delays in parcel delivery.
To minimize the effect of the strike likely leading to delayed and/or missing parcels, all tracked and non-tracked shipping services (shipped via Royal Mail) will be temporarily removed from Monday, 22nd August. Only the DPD Next Business Day Delivery (same day shipping) service will be available.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. This decision is in your interest to ensure your parcels arrive on time. We will continue to monitor things and restore those services when the backlog caused by the strike clears.
